Pulse Count Not Logging

Hi im running an emonpi pre-built when bought it i also bought a pulse count that i just got round to setting up but in logging any data the light is on and its flashing with the the meter but there noting logging i raw or real time 

im i missing some thing that i need to setup in the config or is there any other test i can do to see if it working at all

The emonip firmware is 2.0 and emoncms 9.2
