Hello,
My emonth is now running a bit over a week.
Has been working fine up until a few days ago when it stopped sending data.
I changed the batteries today, the led lights up, then goes out again. So that should be normal I guess.
Is there any way of checking if its the emonth not sending, or the emonpi not receiving??
Re: Emonth
Without a third device that can either transmit, receive or both, unfortunately not.
You can see exactly what the LED should do here: http://openenergymonitor.org/emon/modules/emonTH
Re: Emonth
There's absolutely nothing to debug on the emonpi side?
Are there services that should be running that maybe don't?
No way to follow any incoming packages from the rf?
The emonpi data itself is fine.
The led behaviour seems normal.
Re: Emonth
Allright... The emonpi and emonth are in a remote location.
I got a chance to visit it this afternoon.
I shutdown the emonpi and rebooted it afterwards.
The month came up immediately.
I gotta and maybe that I uploaded a sketch a couple days ago.
After that I rebooted the pi with reboot command.
Could that have been the culprit?
Re: Emonth
It does appear to be the case.
