Hi guys,
I just discovered MyElectric integrated app, really nice work, just what I needed.
But I live in France and we have special feature called "Low Hour" "High Hour". This feature has 2 different prices rate, one for low, one for high. This mean that we have 2 index counters, one for Low hours and one for High hours. Would it be difficult to add another field/counter on myElectric with the 2nd price ?
But we're in luck because our electronic French meters tell us lots of information and the one we need, the current rate period depends on region, location and contract but it's available as an input/feed so we know what is the current period. Depending on the period, meters increase Low or High Hour index
Here what field are returned by our French Meter (more detail on the picture)
High Hours Kwh Index is HCHP
Low Hours Kwh Index is HCHC
Current Hours type is field PTEC => here HP.. (high hours)
We have some more information such as Current power PAPP (here 550W), Current Intensity IINST (here 2A) and line voltage (TENSION here 240V)
Of course I can help on this project, sure lot of French people will love it.
More information on Wifi French Meter reading called teleinfo with ESP8266 here (in French sorry)

Re: MyElectric with different cost period (French specific Teleinformation)
May not be a bad suggestion and could be used by us folks in the UK too for Economy 7 tariffs. Same logic.
Re: MyElectric with different cost period (French specific Teleinformation)
Bruce,
We also have some other tarification but I think mainly most used here are Single/Double, but for sure, going do be dynamic could be a great idea and we'll not be limited ;-)
