Hello,
Are EmonPI with 3 CT Inputs in Design Pipeline, any chance of Buying them at the Online Shop in Future? Will be really good for measuring (Apparent) Power of Three Phase systems!

Re: EmonPI with 3/4 CT Inputs
I understand a genuine 3-phase monitor is under consideration. I have no idea what form it will take.
The emonPi was constrained to 2 current inputs by the size of the enclosure and the desire to retain the 3.5 mm jacks, so a 3-phase emonPi with 3 voltage and 3 current inputs looks a little unlikely.
Meanwhile, you might want to look at this thread: http://openenergymonitor.org/emon/node/11324
Re: EmonPI with 3/4 CT Inputs
Thanks for the comment and link.
I would also like to ask if EmonPI is completely opensource, and if one can download and modify the Schematic and Board Layouts?
I am asking because, I saw:
https://github.com/openenergymonitor/Hardware/tree/master/emonPi
but then no BOM and Firmware Programming/Download info... is this encouraged?
Thanks!
Re: EmonPI with 3/4 CT Inputs
As far as I know, everything here is Open Source. I managed to find the BOMs, Gerber files, Eagle layouts and schematics, several versions, so I think you didn't look in the right place. There's more info on the Wiki, or didn't you look there?
Re: EmonPI with 3/4 CT Inputs
Thanks, indeed it is. Looked at the directory v1.6 and not v1.5. BOM details are available in the dir v1.5.
