Open Energy Monitor in Mozambique

Hi, I am travelling to Mozambique and am going to install a solar energy system for a school there and wanted to track output using OPenEnergyMonitor. Any suggestions on how I could transmit data back? There is no internet in there. Any suggestions?

Is there GSM signal with gprs or 2g connection?
