Hi
I like the look of the emonTH but would rather have a version that is powered by USB and not batterys that will inevitably need changing.
Has anyone looked into this or can point me in the right direction?
Thanks

Re: emonTH - Non-battery powered version?
The emonTH circuit board does have provision for a rmini-usb socket (for power only) under the battery tray. So a minimal amount of work is required to 'convert' an emonTH from battery powered.
If you are not able to fit the mini-usb yourself it maybe worth asking the shop if they will do it for a small fee prior to dispatch. They are very helpful but they are also pretty busy but you never know until you ask!!

Or you can use 5 V to the terminal block (probably easier to fit than a mini-USB) or the FTDI programming header.
