NanodeRF Voltage Check - How close is enough?

Hi,
I am testing the voltage of my partially built NanodeRF and have some variation from what is described in the step build. How much variation is ok?

Step 22: 3.323 V

Step 23: 3.6 - 3.807 V (it just slowly keeps climbing higher. about 0.001 every second)

Step 24: 4.804 V

Any ideas?

I have skipped Step 21 Magjack.

Thank you!

Step 22: 3.323 V

This looks fine - it's within 1%

Step 23: 3.6 - 3.807 V (it just slowly keeps climbing higher. about 0.001 every second)

This is a little worrying. The 3.3 V looks far too high. I would be suspicious that there is a rogue connection of some sort that is bypassing the 3.3 V regulator and pulling the +3V3 line up. 3V3 and 5V come together on one of the headers and on the selection jumper - I would start looking there.

Step 24: 4.804 V

This is probably OK,  it is just within tolerance (if your meter is accurate).
