Hi all - New to all of this, just setup my first emoncms Pi server and added my first sensor the emonTH. All gone well except I'm getting another feed which I can't find any reference to, it appears on node 19 key 5 and shows a -ve value?
Can anyone help identify what it is?
TIA
Re: EmonTH - Node 19:5
I think your referring to the RSSI received signal strength indicator value. The less negative the value the stronger the RF signel
Re: EmonTH - Node 19:5
Oh OK undocumented feature (as far as I can tell) - thanks for the quick response.
Re: EmonTH - Node 19:5
You should be able to find a fair few mentions of the additional rssi value on this site as the rfm2pi, and rfm69pi have had the rfm69 for a while now. basically any packets received via the rfm69 will have a rssi "signal strength" tagged to the end
