Cannot create Input Process "Log to Feed"

Adding Log to Feed is not working.  The strange thing is that the second drop down box is blank. See attached screenshots.  What am I missing?

Raspberry PI 2: Powered by openenergymonitor.org | vmaster:8.2.8, bufferedwrite:0.0.1

I just noticed that the "CREATE NEW:" tab is blank.
