I was pleasantly surprised and super impressed when the inputs on emoncms.org started updating as soon as I plugged my configured raspberry into the router via lan cable! Great job all involved so far :)
In the evening I needed to borrow the 5v usb mini cable to charge my phone. When I plugged the raspberry back in, the feeds never came back. The only change I think I made was to unplug a wifi dongle, which wasn't configured anyway.
I have now sshed into the rapi to confirm that the .conf file is still conf'd and I can ping emoncms.org... how else should I troubleshoot this?
Glcd is showing the data from the emonTX shield... and it isn't reporting a missing base station.
Re: No feeds after first reboot of emoncms on pi
Hello adrigen, can you check your emonhub log file?
tail -f /var/log/emonhub/emonhub.log
do you see any errors there? If your seeing ok's being returned it may be an input limiter error on the emoncms.org side and Il look into that for you.
