EmonCMS Touch support

Touch support

  • Created new jquery.flot.touch.js plugin for emoncms.
  • Added touch support for drag (pan) and pinch (zoom) on all visualization components.
  • Navigation buttons now only appear on mouse devices. 
  • Uniformized all graphs UI using bootstrap buttons. 
  • Fixed minor issues on designer, like zero lenght elements locked, selected elements dash line, and some js speed improvements.
  • Dashboard editor with touch support.
  • Single touch support for graphs with multiple views.

This is great!  Haven't tried it yet but it is a needed improvement.
