When you set up the feeds, what was the feeds interval you set, 5 mins?
If both machines have feeds set up the same, they won't necessarily update at the same time, as it's not every 5 minutes on the hour, it's 5 minutes since the last update.

use 30sec on all feed. 

and as you see on the pictures one pc show max 60 sec. most times less, and the other always show 4-5 min.

Is the time accurately set on both PC's ?

if the 2 browsers are reading the same feeds then the "time updated" will be the same but the "time since last update using local time as a reference point " could be different if the browser times vary slightly.

will check the time on both, and see if they are in sync.

got it, there is 4-5 min difference on the pc even they use time.gov !
