On closer examination I can see the firmware repo actuallyhas a slightly different name on the folder to the files. the "12" is missing from the last line so the command should be
avrdude -v -c arduino -p ATMEGA328P -P /dev/ttyAMA0 -b 38400 -U flash:w:RFM69CW_RF12_Demo_ATmega328.cpp.hex
Also when you say you cannot post to the previous threads can you expand on that? Are you getting any error messages? what actually happens when you try to post?

You need to look at the message that appears at the top of the thread when you submit your message. You have multiple copies in the queue waiting for moderation. Now one of us has to go through them all and delete the duplicates. Please be a little more patient.
