The RFM2Pi occupies the first 10 pins of the long 40pin connector. the RFM2Pi board will overhang towards the centre of the Pi in this picture of a Pi B (not B+) you can see the RFM2Pi in place and the B+ is pretty much the same regards location and orientation, the connector on the Pi just has more pins but the same pins 1 thru 10 are used on all Pi's for the RFM2Pi. So just ensure the Pi's end 10 line up with the RFM2Pi's 10 and you should be good.
